We have Wildblue which is a very mediocre type of internet service.

We received a phone call from a Robert offering an upgrade that sounded to be better. When we called back we were told Robert did not exist but an appointment was made for Oct 6, (ref: 4545321) No one showed and when my wife called back she was connected to Yolanda who hung up on her.

She called back and was put through the BS a second time then was told she could not speak to a supervisor and that Yolanda could not explain why we had been ignored. I called a 4th ime and spoke to Demetria who connected tme to a supervisor who did at least hear my complaint.

There was still no explanation as to why we were snubbed on the appointment.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We will not be doing any upgrade.
