Installer put dish on roof after being told to pole mount.This went through 100 year old cement shingles I paid to repair at $790.00.

The landlord would not renew our lease therefore my 2 yr contract could not be honored. We tried to continue our contract at the new address however we were told we would have to sign another 2 year contract or cancel and pay a disconnect of $195. When we signed up we were told it was a $50.00 hook up turned into over $200.00. If your payment is late even a little they slow your service.

You also have to constantly check your usage as to not go over.If there is anyway to use any other company at this point I will.

Monetary Loss: $985.

Don't bother e-mailing them, Mike.As another pissed off customer, just let me tell you that it won't change a thing.

They could care less about their customers.

They only care about cancellation fees.That's their bread and butter.
