Wildblue - No customer service
This is probably the worst company in regard to customer service that I have ever dealt with.Was set up for an installation, this was cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment, "no technician available in our area".
No alternate time was provided, no attempt was made to contact me. I eventually called back several times, the response was always that I would be called back within the next 2 hours. Of course, this never happened, so I cancelled the "installation" and signed up with Verizon. Even mediocre service is better than no service.
Now that I have found this site and read all of the complaints, I can only say that I was very lucky that this equipment was never installed.I can't believe this company is still in business.
