Faster than HughesNet = false. Customer Service = sucks.
At HughesNet I had a special tel. number to call if I had problems because I was on their business plan. Not at Exede. Usually have to hold for 20 min.
before getting help. Service call for $95 didn't fix the problem. When I asked for a refund of $95, they said because I didn't allow a 2nd technician to come out and review the first tech's work, they would not give me a refund. It takes 2 - 3 days for a technician to arrive!
I cancelled their service by then, as I was losing my own customers due to no internet! And they hit me with not only the $95 service fee but also a $245 early termination fee.
Avoid them. They suck.
Monetary Loss: $400.
