The lies began with the first connect. I decided to cancel the service within the trial period. I was given confirmation number. Wild blue charged my account for earlier cancellation. I contacted Wild blue and was promised to have it credited back to the account in 5-6 days. 11 days later still no credit. I am now being total it will be 10-14 days. Still no money and you can't past a floor manager.

Don't think this company wants to do anything right. May have to get an attorney to get my money back.

This company needs to be aware customers should come first!
