Wildblue - Worst company ever
Where to start, well don't ever buy from them.Didn't tell me they were "satellite" Internet and proceeded to install a huge dish next to my already huge tv dish.
Being a woman and non techy person I felt dumb asking about the dish when I just wanted Internet, wifi to be exact. Called the next day to cancel because of the confusion. They refused to credit me back my money. I cancelled a service I bought and paid for a month of unused Internet.
Then they sent me a box to disassemble the dish myself. Hilarious.
Then they just overdrafted my acct by charging $320 for not returning the equipment when I sent it back over a week ago, just 4 days after I receive the box.Called for a refund or credit, or just to take my card off file and conveniently their website was under construction and they advised I call back in 3-4 hours.
