Never able to log in to their email or access my "usage" stats, and can't see in writing what allowances I have, nor slowdown info.I'm not online much.
Recently tried to access the internet,got a message box: "no internet available" another message said it may be a router or modem problem. Spent hours reinstalling and trying to troubleshoot. Off to repair shop. They did a clean swipe.
Found nothing wrong.All because of a "slowdown" of my service. I had to reinstall all programs, which then had updates to download...then was again on slowdown.
I rarely use the word hate, but I truly hate WildBlue and will soon be a happy ex-customer!
